Psicosis

Psicosis

A classic among classics. A motel on the top of the hill, Janet Leigh in the shower, Norman Bates lying in wait behind the curtains whilst the unforgettable music (created by Bernard Herrmann) plays, black blood flowing into the drain, the mother of Anthony Perkins rocking in the rocking chair, a little Edward Hopper, a more or less real case, the novel by Robert Bloch, one of Alfred Hitchcock’s top works and one of the most important all-time classic horror films. It’s always great to watch this movie on a (big) cinema screen telling the story of the murderer who has inspired all murder stories ever since.
