Beyond the Limits
(2002). Olaf Ittenbach. Alemania. 105 minutos
Notorious author of those bloody celluloid remains entitled Premutos, Olaf Ittenbach, from Munich, is back again thanks to a stupid journalist who finds no better exclusive story than to interview the local gravedigger, with serious consequences for his heart and for the stomachs of all of the other characters in this film. But then neither do our stomachs come off particularly well given that, in order to obtain a certain relic, Olaf and his sidekicks have to haul the guts out of all of the inhabitants in the planet, not worrying about the century or breed or gender or sex or anything else. Weapons used? Anything: maces, swords, machetes, torture racks. Under what influences. Completely unimportant: religious fanaticism, drugs, wine, intercourse with the Devil...
