Right up until yesterday fright logic stated that if you live in a house where some, or a lot, of paranormal activity has been detected, you should get as far away as possible and set up home in the furthest cottage on the planet. Now that we have all become panic photographers and cameramen using our mobile phones and digital cameras, the characters in this film directed by Oren Peli, American with Israeli origins, can think of nothing better to do than set up an HD camera in fraganti in their possessed home for the incubus, succubus and other creatures. The girl has a really bad time but her boyfriend is often fascinated and his obsession casts a shadow over this film which cost just 10,000 Euros to make. By the way, Paranormal Activity can be shown in your city on request. But who requests it? You do! Paramount has created a section on the official website to collect signatures. Get a few signatures together and you’ll get the screen set up and the film shown in your district. A million people have seen it that way in the USA.
