In 2011, Catalonian Torrens supported the screenwriters for Beyond Re-Animator (2003). In 2011, he shot his first feature-length film, Emergo, and today he is introducing this film written by Jeremy Slater, who created the TV series "The Exorcist" (2016). On screen, the strange criminal case of two soul mates (or not), reunited inside and outside of a cage. The script has several enthralling twists, including the victim passing Stockholm Syndrome to the capturer. This twisted, dark movie, immersed in oceans of amour fou and cold blood was filmed on the same set as Saw (2004). It premiered at FEFF in Strasbourg, where everyone was fatally drawn to Ksenia Solo, who interpreted Veronica in Black Swan (2010).
