Mary Mason, a medical student desperate for money who begins to work as a dancer at a strip club. But one day she accidentally discovers that she can earn a lot more in the underworld of clandestine aesthetic surgery. Her clients begin to ask her for increasingly bizarre operations, including body modification, removal of certain body parts, mutations... Mary's life is changed forever because every new operation means taking one step further. The "twisted twins", Jen and Sylvia Soska –Dead Hooker in a Trunk (2009), Vendetta (2015)– enter a gruesome and morbid world in their second film.
