There's a fly in the dickey seat of my jalopy. Don't worry, no problem. Well yes there is, the thing's enormous! Don't worry, I'm telling you, you're watching the latest movie (selected for the Venice Mostra) from Quentin Dupieux. And in the movies by this electro house music buff (yes he is) the tyres generally have a penchant for murder: Rubber (2010) and folk are obsessed with fringed jackets: Deerskin (2019). So what's wrong with trying to domesticate this rather large bug (which is, by the way, busy drinking chlorinated water from the pool) to help commit a bank robbery and escape with the booty? Doesn't it feel weirder that one of the lead characters is riding a kid's bike shaped like a unicorn?
