Brainstorming is the winner of the 31st Horror and Fantasy Film Festival's Fanzine War.
The film Benny Loves You (Karl Holt; UK, 2020) has won the Audience Award to the Best Feature Film at the 31st San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, that finishes tonight with the screening of Mandibules (2019).
The exhibition Eternal Juan Giménez will be open between October 30th and November 30th at the FNAC.
The San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, Fancine – Malaga Fantastic Film Festival and TerrorMolins – Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival, three national gatherings coinciding in both subject matter and dates, join forces in these times of pandemic to promote, circulate and create content related to the fantastic and horror genre. The initiative in question is Ghostly november, a new shared channel on which original contents will be published while enabling a new look at titles present during the editions of this trio of events.
Tickets will be available for purchase ONLINE ONLY on the www.donostiakultura.eus/entradas website from Tuesday 27 October at 11:30. On the 27th, 28th and 29th tickets will only be available for purchase online. From Friday 30th they will also go on sale at the ticket offices of both theatres.
This morning have been presented the complete program of the 31st San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, that will take place between October 30th and November 6th.
The exhibition Euskadi Fantastikoa XVI – Sarima: A magical world will be open between October 24th and November 14th at the Central Library (Alderdi Eder).
The exhibition Fernando Mircala: The elegant future, belonging to the program of the 31st San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, will be open between October 14th and December 13th at Kutxa Kultur Plaza (Tabakalera – 4th floor).
On Saturday, 24 October the San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, with the collaboration of Bang Bang Zinema and The Pink Force Foundation, has organised a special double screening of Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back (1980) at the Principal Theatre, commemorating the 40th anniversary of its release.
Fifth edition of the legendary Fanzine War, where a variety of publications bring out special issues dedicated to the 31st San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival and compete for the favour of the audience at the Principal Theatre. In collaboration with the desktop publishing corner at Medialab Tabakalera and FNAC.
