The Youth Department of the Town Hall participates at the festival with the creation of the Youth Jury, composed by 60 members (between 18 and 30 years), that will give the Youth Jury Award to the Best Short Film at the 31st Horror and Fantasy Film Festival.

Fantasy Beings is an exhibition designed ad hoc by the Topic Museum in Tolosa for San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival. This show, opening on September 25 at the Okendo Cultural Centre and running until November 9, will feature 80 puppets, half of which have never been exhibited before and emerge for the first time from the Topic storerooms eager to "make their debut in society" as museum pieces.

The film Extra Ordinary (Mike Ahern and Enda Loughman; Ireland-Belgium, 2019) has won the Audience Award to the Best Feature Film at the 30th San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, that finishes tonight with the screening of Ventajas de viajar en tren (2019).

The exhibition Paul Naschy – An autobiography in images will be open between October 26th and December 14th at the Okendo Cultural Center.

The exhibition Creators of Legends – Homage to HR Giger will be open between October 26th and November 10th at the Activities Hall of the Municipal Library.
