Here you'll find some of the feature films that will participate this year at the Official Selection of the 31st Horror & Fantasy Film Festival, that will take place between October 30 and November 6.

Benny Loves You (2019). Karl Holt. UK

After the accidental death of his parents, Jack must sell his family home and start a new life on his own. During the clear out, among other things Jack trashes his beloved childhood best friend, Benny the bear. It's a move that turns deadly as Benny springs to life with one goal in mind: to protect Jack. At all costs!

Meander (2020). Mathieu Turi. France

After getting into a stranger's car one rainy night, Lisa wakens in a tube. On her arm is a countdown timer. She starts crawling through the tubes, discovering that they seem to be endless and conceal all sorts of death traps that she must find her way around. She also discovers that she must find a safe place before the countdown ends. And that it won't be the last one. Second feature from the director of Hostile (2017).

Psycho Goreman (2020). Steven Kostanski. Canada

Siblings Mimi and Luke unwittingly resurrect an ancient alien overlord long buried in the garden of their home. Using a magical amulet as protection, they force him to obey their whims. But soon the monster's enemies learn of his raising from the dead and a rogues' gallery of intergalactic assassins shows up on Earth.

Sea Fever (2019). Neasa Hardiman. Ireland-USA-United Kingdom-Sweden-Belgium

Siobhán is a young marine biology student sent by her teacher to spend a week on board an Irish trawler that has seen better days and has a crew of many nationalities. When the boat stops in the middle of the ocean a few hours into their journey, they discover that a mysterious sea organism has ensnared them and threatens to infect them.

The Swarm (2019). Just Philippot. France

To save her farm from bankruptcy, a single mother starts breeding edible grasshoppers. Gradually she develops a strange and malevolent connection with the creatures, spending all her time and energy on them. Neither her kids nor her neighbours approve of Virginie's growing obsession with the fast-multiplying insects.

Tailgate (2019). Lodewijk Crijns. The Netherlands

Hans is a self-confident man who is heading together with his family to visit his parents in the country. On the way, he has a colossal run-in with another driver, Ed, who is travelling in a white van. Hans continues on his way, but Ed is determined not to let the incident go and starts following them. Hans starts losing his confidence as Ed turns up the pressure.
