The film Irati (Paul Urkijo Alijo, 2022) has won the Audience Award to the Best Feature Film at the 33rd San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, that finishes tonight at Main Theatre with the screening of The Offering (Abyzou) (2022).

A work of cryptic costumbrismo which transcends references that can range from Méliès to Buñuel. A tale riddled with provocative proposals as disturbing as they are stimulating.

The jury of the Blogos de Oro critics award at the 33rd San Sebastian Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, made up of members Manuel Aguilar, Jon Paul Arroyo, Amaia Egüés, Paula García-Arenzana and Mikel Peña, has decided to give its award to the film Unicorn Wars.

We highlight its focus on adult animation, its originality, the subjects dealt with and its iconic characters full of nuances. Also the pioneer combination of traditional animation with new technologies.
