Miracle Fish

Miracle Fish

Joe turns eight years old today and he has to go to school. He doesn’t have such a great time there; he is a lonely and introverted child, with no friends. His classmates always tease him so he decides to take refuge in the sick bay where he falls asleep. When he wakes up he finds he has just received the best ever gift: nobody is there. Everyone has disappeared. He has the school to himself to celebrate his birthday, skateboard down the corridors, eat whatever he wants... without anyone to bother him. This is, without a doubt the best birthday of his life. All this happens in the company of the “miracle fish” from the title: a magical fish that indicates the emotional state of whoever picks it up and predicts the future. A trip to the heart of darkness of childhood led by the newbie Luke Doolan, who usually works with Nash Spider Edgerton.
