So there you have it: Waterloo station. The last train. Direction Eastbourne. Night of the full moon. A breakdown. Engine and carriages stopped in the middle of nothing, of nowhere. Nowhere surrounded by plains, mist and the odd tree. Howls. Creatures with many and very sharp fangs attack the train. Fear. Horror. Blood. All very British Railways. A sort of Orient Express with werewolves. The trailer left many Cannes Market-buyers wondering whether or not they should catch the suburban train back to Antibes. It is directed by Paul Hyett, who left us with our soul in pieces with his The Seasoning House (2012). It is directed with a touch of irony, with non-digital monsters, well aware of the pitfalls of filming in a limited area, on that last train to Eastbourne. Stopped there. Beneath the full moon.
