Cher Ami

October 1918. The peace and tranquillity that Cher Ami and his friends live in is about to be threatened by a major war between the humans. A pigeon army captain arrives at the farm in order to recruit some birds to work with the messenger pigeons. Aware of their responsibility, the pigeons (and another little bird) summon up their courage and enlist in order to save the life of a battalion of American soldiers. Based on real events in France during World War I, Cher Ami is the second feature length film from the Catalan studio Acció after their debut with 10 + 2: El gran secreto.
