Have you ever dreamt that you were flying, on a bike, like in the mythical scene from ET? Or that you were a Jedi fighting Darth Vader in Star Wars? Everyone has imagined, at some point, that Freddy Krueger was attacking them with his hook or that Jason was cutting them into little bits with his machete, haven't they? Horror and fantasy films have always managed to fascinate all types of spectators and they have made their mark on our collective imagination.
The Maite Mínguez Ricart collection was founded 20 years ago by Maite Mínguez and Luis del Val, who have collected more than 1,800 film objects from all genres. It is now proud to present its section dedicated to fantasy cinema in this exhibition, showing more than 100 original objects.
Famous props such as the mask used by the first Batman (Michael Keaton), the kryptonite crystal from Superman or the famous hands from Edward Scissorhands are just a small example of what visitors will encounter on this "fantasy voyage".
Have a nice trip!
