Vostok Station

After a gigantic disaster in the middle of the Antarctic, the only survivor experiences a moment of enormous beauty. He leaves his boat, run aground since the accident, and finds the Russian scientific research base of Vostok, one of the coldest and most inhospitable places on Earth (the lowest temperatures ever seen on the planet were recorded there: -89º). But even in such adverse conditions, badly hurt, aware of his uncertain future, seeing more and more boats trapped around him, sinking in the cold water, he enjoys the moment. White and spectacular short film shot on Mount Ruapehu in New Zealand.
