Abrasion

Jin Kyung is the unhappy lover of the butcher in the village where she lives. She is not at all happy with her existence, surrounded all day by pigs and chopped up, disembowelled animals, trapped in a suffocating relationship from which she cannot escape. Anguish, reality, what happens and doesn’t happen, dreams, what you would like to happen, fleeing, another life is possible, fantasy, countryside, abrasion and cotton wool. A woman who wants to abandon the life she’s been given to live. A Korean living in New York, Ha Na Lee, video and artistic installations producer, is the narrator of this story of dissatisfaction and fleeing into the future.
